The word "charism" comes from the Greek word χάρισμα (charisma) and means "gift." The Holy Spirit gives specific gifts to individual Christians to equip them for the work God has for them in this world.
Just as God gives gifts to individuals, God also gives charisms to groups and organizations—gifts and callings to do that work that God has for them. See, for example, the charisms of the Carmelites, the Franciscans, or the Benedictines.
Every small, Christian non-profit has a charism. Every small, Christian non-profit has a unique set of gifts, opportunities, and audiences. Every small, Christian non-profit has a specific work to which God calls them. The charism of Karism Solutions is to help small, Christian non-profits find and fund their charism.
